    1998年负责中国电子口岸的第一个项目“全国报关单联网核查系统”的总体技术设计与实施工作，该项目于1999年1月1日在全国推广，当年堵住了国家外汇流失的主要渠道，关税也因此得到大幅度增长，收到了良好的社会效益与经济效益。

    2001年中国电子口岸数据中心正式成立后被任命为总工程师，负责中国电子口岸的设计、建设、运行及相关技术管理工作，在统一的平台上，实现了进出口管理环节中有关的十几个部委的业务协作与数据共享、数据交换，并提供统一的界面为企业提供优质服务。该平台加强了国家的经济运行管理，严密了进出口环节的管理链条，并提高了企业的贸易效率，减少了贸易成本。截止目前，中国电子口岸已有三十余个进出口环节的重要管理项目在全国运行，企业用户达二十五万家。

In 1998, Ms. Zeng Yanhui was responsible for the overall technical design and implementation works of "China National Verification Network System for Import & Export Customs Declaration Form", which is the 1st China e-Port project. Has been generalized since Jan. 1, 1999, the project has cut off the major channel of China's foreign exchange flow-away in the same year, thus stimulated the substantial growth of tariff revenue, and has acquired sound social and economic benefits.
　　
Ms, Zeng was appointed as the Chief Engineer after the formal foundation of China E-port Information Data Center in 2001 and was in charge of the design, construction, operation and relevant technical management works of China e-Port. In this uniform platform, the business collaboration, data sharing/interchange among over 10 ministries and commissions in import and export administration have been achieved, and the unified interfaces are provided to deliver high-quality services to private sector. This platform has not only enhanced the administration on China's economic operation, tightened the administrative chain in import and export process, but has also improved the corporate trading efficiency and reduced transaction costs. So far, the applications of more than 30 important import and export administrative items have been operating on China e-Port nationwide; the corporate users of China e-Port have reached 250,000.
